"Good At Being Alone" is a song about the balance between being social and needing solitude. As an introvert, I love spending time with friends and family, going out, and meeting new people—but I also need space to recharge. It's not about isolation; it's about finding peace in being alone.
One of my favorite lines in the song is, "I'm just a mammal in the sea, I need to surface just to breathe." That’s exactly how I feel about life—I dive into social experiences, but every so often, I need to step away, decompress, and create. That’s what this song is about: not loneliness, but the joy of solitude.

“A Reluctant Practice in the Art of Zen” is a song about the tension between ambition and patience. When you’re young, you want to hit the ground running—chasing dreams, making things happen. But life often teaches you to slow down, take your time, and truly develop your craft.
This song reflects on my twenties, a time when I had to learn patience the hard way. It’s about embracing the process, even when it feels frustrating, and understanding that growth comes in its own time.
