“We are honored by the Milwaukee Press Club to receive so much recognition in such a variety of categories,” said Bohdan Zachary, Vice President and General Manager of Milwaukee PBS. “As southeastern Wisconsin’s public television station, our role is to tell the stories of our community – the inspiring, the beautiful, even – and especially – the stories on the edges of the community that no one wants to tell.”
On Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 10.1, Milwaukee PBS airs a rotation of its local programs, including 10thirtysix and The Arts Page. Outdoor Wisconsin airs every Thursday at 9:00 p.m. on Channel 10.1. These programs strive to be responsive to the needs and interests of its communities and viewers and to be a voice and a platform for southeastern Wisconsin.
