Join Milwaukee PBS for a thrilling one-day trip to Dubuque, Iowa! Experience a two-hour Mississippi River lunch excursion on the American Lady and explore the breathtaking Crystal Lake Cave. Don't miss out on this amazing adventure!

7:30 am – Leave the Watertown Plank Park and Ride with an additional pick-up in Pewaukee. We arrive in Dubuque to take the two-hour Mississippi River lunch (included) excursion on the American Lady.

Following our relaxing Mississippi River Cruise, we go below the cornfields of Iowa to beautiful Crystal Lake Cave. You will be fascinated by a guided tour of well-lit passages of intricate formations through over three-quarters of a mile of cave tunnels. You will witness the ongoing miracle that created this natural masterpiece of underground panorama. Discovered in 1868 by James Rice, a lead miner in search of ore-bearing stone, the cave was found to contain a fabulous collection of crystals. Dinner (included) is after the cave tour.
