A Symphonic Celebration: The Milwaukee Symphony's New Home

Join Milwaukee PBS and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra for a special celebration of its new facilities and the opening of its 2021 season.

On Milwaukee PBS 10.1 on October 2, at 7:00 pm, A Symphonic Celebration: The MSO’s New Home provides a behind-the-scenes look at the historic refurbished Bradley Symphony Center. The former Warner Grand Theater has been carefully brought back to life and restored to its former glory. Viewers will also find out more about conductor Ken-David Masur and some of the inspiring performers behind the music.

Then at 7:30 pm, watch LIVE as Milwaukee PBS highlights MSO’s first concert series of 2021.  Live from Bradley Symphony Center: The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra features Aaron Diehl, MSO piano and artistic partner and a commissioned world-premiere composition from Eric Nathan titled Opening. Other featured pieces include compositions from George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, and Igor Stravinsky.

If you enjoy a little night music, you’ll want to make a date on October 2 with Milwaukee PBS to celebrate one of Milwaukee’s artistic gems.
