On day one, go back on time! Enjoy a Cornish pasty and Figgy Hoggin or Bread Pudding for dessert, just like was served at Pendarvis at the Red Rooster.  Explore through a guided tour of the Pendarvis Historical site and learn the significance Cornish immigrants who immigrated to the area in the early 1800s played in the history of Mineral Point.

Day two, delight in the beauty of the Mississippi River as we encounter its wonder and splendor aboard the Twilight Riverboat. This cruise heads north from Dubuque and takes in one of the most beautiful stretches of the Mississippi River. If the river conditions are favorable, you will also have the chance to explore Historic Guttenberg, Iowa. Twilight Riverboat includes continental breakfast, two snacks, full lunch, historical narration, great scenery, Eagles, a Zen atmosphere, plus local favorite LA Suess on banjo.
