Milwaukee PBS' 2017 PBS Kids Writers Contest - Winners

Children from all over southeastern Wisconsin, from Kindergarten through third grade, won this year's contest and now you get to see their stories with a dash of TV magic thrown in. This year's 16 winners wrote and illustrated their own stories as they learned about literacy, creativity, writing and illustration.

Make sure your kids have a chance to watch a half hour of unforgettable characters, exciting plots, and expressive artwork. Tune in to Milwaukee PBS Channel 10 on Monday, August 14 at 5:30 pm. The individual stories as well as the full broadcast can be found right here on our website.
